Our library at Ventana Ranch is a welcoming place where students, staff, and parents can find entertaining and educational books and resources. Learning to love books and reading, discovering favorite authors, series, and subjects is our main goal.  Teaching students how to use the library and how to become lifelong learners is key to our student's success. We welcome visitors and volunteers. Please stop by to see how you can help.

Parents are welcome to visit and borrow books as well as sit with your child during library lessons. Parent volunteers are always welcome. Our parent and community volunteers help with cleaning and maintaining our beautiful library.

Volunteer duties may include:
-checking in and out books and materials to students and staff
-shelving books
-organizing library materials
-making copies
-helping students find books
-dusting or vacuuming the library
-processing new books
-helping with Scholastic Book Fairs or literacy events such as visiting authors.

Please remember that the library space is used for reading and testing by other staff and students. Parents may bring children that are pre-school aged (4yrs old) as long as they are engaged in quiet activities. Loud conversations and cell phone calls may be taken into the front foyer of the school.
